New Supra eKEY Authorization Feature

Supra has announced a new way for you to authorize your Supra eKEY app for existing subscribers. This new feature makes it easy to obtain an authorization code if you get a new phone or need to re-install the eKEY app.

To obtain an authorization code from the eKEY app:

  1. Launch the eKEY app
  2. Select Activate eKEY App and the screen below is displayedeKEY app 1
  3. Enter email address or phone number
  4. Enter 4-digit PIN
  5. Click Submit

You will receive an email or text message (depending on whether you entered an email address or phone number) containing a link. Click that link to automatically authorize the eKEY app.

An authorization code can still be obtained from SupraWEB or Mobile SupraWEB at supraweb.suprakim.com. Organization staff can also still obtain an authorization code from SupraNET.

Supra eKEY Update

Dear Supra eKEY User,

We are excited to announce that an all-new Supra eKEY app is targeted for release on Wednesday, December 19.

How and when will the app be delivered?
If you have automatic app updates turned on, the app stores will automatically deliver the app to your phone. The app stores stage rollouts over 7 days so it could be a week before it is downloaded to your phone.
If you do not have automatic updates turned on, you can download the new eKEY app as soon as it is available on the app stores. Launch the app store on your device and locate the Supra eKEY app to manually download it any time after December 19.

If you want to enable or disable automatic updates:
 On an iPhone, tap Settings > iTunes & App Store and enable or disable the setting for Apps.
 On an Android device, open the Google Play Store app and tap Menu > Settings. Tap Auto-update apps and choose the option.

Do the apps need a new authorization code?
The eKEY app does not require a new authorization as long as it is installed on a device that already has an authorized eKEY app.

Minimum Requirements for the new eKEY app
The minimum requirements for the new eKEY app are:
 Apple iOS 10 or grater
 Android OS 5 or greater
If you do not have either of these operating systems, the new eKEY app will not install. The old eKEY app will continue to work but it will no longer be updated.

Will all of the new features be available immediately?
Some enhanced features in the eKEY app including the ability to see listing photos, Supra Home Tour, and upgrade to eKEY Pro within the app will be rolling out over the coming weeks.

Also referred to as an “eKEY”, this key type allows you to open iBoxes with your smartphone! Over 50 Smartphones are approved for use from iPhone, BlackBerry, Android, Windows Mobile, and Palm. Keypad Cooperation

If you need your keypad to cooperate with a MLS PIN issued lockbox, please forward the Supra Cooperating Keypad Form to NEREN.

Keypad Cancellation

To cancel eKey service, a Cancellation Form should be submitted to NEREN.  To cancel dKey service, the keypad and all accessories should be mailed to NEREN at 45 Constitution Avenue, Concord, NH 03301.  Charges by Supra will continue until service is cancelled.

One-Time User Instructions

Supra keyholders can invite non-supra keyholders to access their Bluetooth iBox (the iBox BT) using their smartphone or other approved device. The device must be on the list of compatible devices, which can be found on www.supraekey.com under the “Compatible eKEY Devices” link.
